Sightings During COVID - Part II

Writer's picture: Sherry ChenSherry Chen

I am always amazed at what's lurking out there when I pay closer attention. Of course it's nice to have a cellphone with me at all times so I can capture these fleeting moments.

Creatures spotted:

  • Gorgeous and fearless wild turkeys with their glistening feathers. They almost appear like statues.

  • A squirrel doing the "Cobra" yoga pose.

  • Neighbor's cat perched on top of a tree stump. He looked regal.

  • A Canada goose resting on top of a shed.

  • Turkey vulture gliding past a cliff where I can almost touch it.

  • A goose and a crow resting on top of a building at dusk.

A dropping object with a vapor trail? Can a jet descend vertically like that?
